DESCRIPTION:Event Description:\n\nFor those unfamiliar with me\, Maryjane\, I've spent over half a century dedicated to pro bono work in the arts\, environmental conservation\, and advocating for human\, civil\, and health rights. You can explore more about my contributions through my Venice History Tapes on YouTube. I've shared the list numerous times\, and it provides insight into Venice's rich history.\n\nIn 2005\, for Venice's 100th anniversary\, I also created a large\, black-and-white book titled "A Sea Shore Memoir: Celebrating Venice's 100th Anniversary (1905-2005)." This book features around 115 of my pen and ink drawings\, black-and-white photos\, as well as historical papers\, fliers\, and posters. While there are no more copies available and it was never sold or distributed digitally\, it stands as a private memoir reflecting Venice's second 50 years and honors the lives and works of many important figures in our community.
