You are invited to join us on our new Spiritual Anatomy Meditation 1 class.

This is the beginning the basics the foundation of tapping into who you are. Learn about your Spiritual Anatomy and tools that you can integrate immediately in your life. Learn to discern what is your energy and somebody else’s. You will learn the basics of giving to yourself and healing yourself, creating your Space like grounding and releasing energy, golden suns, filling yourself back up with your own energy, amusement and much more.
 
This is a 6 weeks class for 2 hours a week
 
Prerequisite: None 
When: 
Monday 5:30 - 8pm

You can receive a Aura and Chakra  Healing before class so that your energy is flowing and you can let go of the stressors of the day and start fresh

Start Date : July 25th, 2022
