Baby & Me Yoga

A space for you and your little one to connect, unwind, and feel supported through the journey of parenthood. We begin each class in a circle, sharing stories, feelings, and getting to know one another before moving into yoga, stretching, and breathwork. Babywearing is optional, and feeding, changing, cuddling, or taking a break are always welcome. Come as you are and enjoy this time together!

This class embraces the beautiful unpredictability of life with a baby; there is no expectation for perfection.
