Great Streets Challenge - Applications due April 1st
Mayor Eric Garcetti has announced the third round of his Great Streets Challenge. In this initiative, the Mayor challenges you and your community to re-imagine our streets.
This year, Great Streets is awarding ten communities up to $2.5 million in outreach support and infrastructure investments, to develop creative and impactful ways of transforming our streets into vibrant public spaces. Successful grants will focus on community engagement, creativity, and long-term impacts.
We’re looking for Community Partners! Unlike traditional grant programs, the Great Streets Challenge is looking for partners who will identify a corridor they want to improve and, if selected, will work closely with the City and a consultant to develop a vision and conduct community outreach.
