Trouble in Paradise: 14 Artists on Los Angeles is a portrait of the city described through troubling vignettes. Ranging in media and narrative, the exhibition introduces the underlying frissons of L.A. through the work of Peter Alexander, Tony Berlant, Kristin Calabrese, Rebecca Campbell, Steven Criqui, Richard Diebenkorn, Gajin Fujita, Charles Garabedian, Ben Jackel, Michael C. McMillen, Lucas Reiner, Sandra Mendelsohn Rubin, Don Suggs, and Charlie White.
