About Debi Nova: Born in Costa Rica and based in LA, Debi Nova signed her first record deal at the age of 17. In 2004 she reached #1 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart with the remix of ‘One Rhythm’, which was included on EA Sports’ FIFA Football 2005 video game soundtrack. Her single ‘Drummer Boy’ reached #5 on the Billboard Dance Chart, and her talent as singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist has gained her the recognition within the Latin music industry. Debi has written, produced, and collaborated in multiple projects in English and Spanish.

Debi is the first Costa Rican in history to be nominated for a Grammy Award, sharing nomination with Bad Bunny, Ricky Martin, Camilo and Kany García. She won Dancing With The Stars Colombia in 2016; has presented So You Think You Can Dance in the US, Dalai Lama’s 80th birthday, the Latin Grammy 2014 ‘Person of the Year’, the Latin Grammy 2017 pre-show, which she presented in 2018 as well. She also performed at the Latin Grammy 2020 gala, where her album received an award and multiple nominations.
