Pachamama Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Join us Friday, August 12th from 11am to 1pm, to help welcome new Venice Chamber member, Pachamama, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony!
Chef Vick Vannucci’s Pachamama will be partnering with nonprofit Kiss the Ground to donate a portion of the proceeds from the day in support of their efforts to increase societal awareness about the extraordinary benefits of healthy soil.
The celebration will begin at Pachamama at 11AM with a special ribbon cutting with the Venice Beach Chamber of Commerce, and the first 50 guests will receive a complimentary vegan taco served in a crispy green corn tortilla with organic greens, cherry tomatoes, Peruvian salsa criolla, aguacate, Amarillo sauce, and black beans. Small bites of anticuchos will be passed to sample around the menu. The buzz continues throughout the morning with Travis Wolf from Bee Leaf USA, a humane honeybee rescue company, who will be bringing a LIVE observational hive, complimentary honey lollipops, and honey samples. Guests are welcome to walk up and join the celebration to enjoy bites from the menu and jam out to live music on the boardwalk!

In honor of our indigenous roots in South America, Pachamama is Quechua for Mother Earth. Our practices maintain the utmost reverence for nature, and our business is deeply committed to working in a way that is environmentally sustainable while offering our customers delicious food that nourishes them from the inside out. We are inspired by a wide variety of countries, such as Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Cuba and Mexico, and Head Chef Vick Vannucci has created innovative dishes containing elements honoring each of these locations. We hope to awaken the palates of our customers with exciting, exotic flavors found throughout our menu.
Pachamama’s mission is to serve organic food made with love and respect for each ingredient and the journey it takes, from farm to table. Starting with the soil it is harvested in, to the people that enjoy a meal in our restaurant, we aim to source the best quality nourishment from the world, and serve the best quality nourishment back to the world. Each of our dishes is created with intention, from 100% organic, whole food ingredients, and only a small amount of select animal protein from providers using the highest standards in the humane treatment of their animals. Pachamama donates a portion of all profits to animal welfare services and local charitable causes, in hopes that we may continue to support the cycle of life on this planet.
