SPARC - Workshops: Día de los Muertos with Professor Martha Ramirez-Oropeza

Before we gather to celebrate Día de los Muertos 2026 on November 1, join SPARC and Professor Martha Ramírez-Oropeza for a series of special programs exploring the Indigenous origins and rich history behind this vibrant tradition.

Learn how Día de los Muertos evolved into a joyful celebration that honors, remembers, and keeps alive the memory of those who came before us.

Join us and be in community if you'd like to work on your own decorations for your altar at home!
