The Rose: Summer Vegetable Chef's Table Experience
Chef Jason Neroni is excited to kick off the season with his Early Summer Vegetable Tasting Menu. Taking inspiration from his time at Chef Dan Barber's highly acclaimed, 3 Michelin star, New York City restaurant Blue HiIl, Chef Neroni worked under chef Barber in his formative years, gaining appreciation for seasonality and sourcing the ingredients, not to mention honing his skills in such a culinary driven restaurant.
This early summer menu will be available 5 nights a week (Tuesdays-Saturdays), served at the communal chef's table, with the opportunity to interact and discuss the menu, sourcing and techniques used in the meal. A wine pairing by our very own Wine Director Aaron Watty is optional but recommended.
Vegan and non-vegetarian options available.
