Event Terms, Liability Waiver, and Release

By registering for and attending the Venice Chamber Community Movie Night (the "Event"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Content & Viewer Advisement: The featured film is intended for mature audiences. The Venice Chamber of Commerce ("Chamber") is serving solely as the host of this community event and does not own, produce, distribute, edit, endorse, or control the content of the film. The Chamber makes no representations regarding the film's content, themes, language, imagery, or suitability for any particular viewer. Viewer discretion is advised. All minors must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Waiver of Liability: By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, illness (including communicable diseases), personal injury, psychological or emotional harm, emotional distress, property damage, and the acts or omissions of other attendees or third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless the Venice Chamber of Commerce, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, venue providers (including IMAX Corporation and its affiliates), and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses, or damages of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or relating to your attendance at the Event or presence at the IMAX Headquarters premises, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Seating and Admission: Admission is free but strictly subject to theater capacity limitations. Registration guarantees a movie pass, but final theater entry is managed on a first-come, first-served basis. The Chamber and the venue providers are not responsible for overcapacity restrictions enforced by venue management.

4. Event Changes: The Chamber reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the Event at any time, for any reason, without notice and without liability of any kind or nature whatsoever.

5. Media Release: By entering the Event footprint, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. You grant the Chamber the absolute right to use your likeness, voice, and image in future promotional, marketing, and digital materials across any and all platforms without further notice or compensation.
