Venice High School is having a "Pitch Day" on Wednesday, September 16th from 9-11am.

Students in our STEMM pathway present to adults who work in the fields they're researching. Juniors in AP Research pitch a topic direction — not a proposal; most are still weeks from a research question. Seniors pitch a problem they've spent a month researching and can defend. What they need from you is an honest first impression and a nudge toward a next step. The most useful question you can ask is, "How would you actually find that out?"

You'd hear from a few students across the two hours. You're not a judge and you're not their client — each team still finds and interviews on its own. 9am to 11am is the whole commitment, and if you can only give us part of it, that still helps.
