The Department of Recreation and Parks is excited to share the NEW Spring Girls Play LA Soccer Leadership Academy offered at Westwood Recreation Center and the EXPO Center. 

The Girls Play LA Soccer Leadership Academy was created to cultivate the next generation of leaders by focusing on developing leadership skills while engaging in the fundamentals of soccer with an introduction to pathways in the sports industry. Content of the Soccer Leadership Academy emphasizes on expanding their Soccer Skill set and knowledge about College Admission, Career Pathways in the Sports Industry and Health and Wellness. The academy champions equity, diversity and inclusion on and off the field. It's More Than A Game!
