This month, we've transformed classic summer pies into five indulgent scoops packed with flaky crusts, bubbling fruit fillings, silky custards, and buttery pastries. A few fan favorites are back, showcasing the Pacific Northwest's incredible summer produce, alongside an all-new peach creation that's destined to become a seasonal favorite. Put down your fork and grab a spoon—the Summer Pies Series has arrived.

Flavor Lineup

• Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie: Wild berry pie filling and bits of double-baked pie crust folded into salted vanilla ice cream.

• Wildflower Honey & Lemon Chess Pie: Creamy cultured frozen yogurt sweetened with wildflower honey, folded with pieces of lemon chess pie and finished with ribbons of tart lemon curd.

• Peaches & Cream Galette (New for 2026): Fresh peach ice cream loaded with tender hunks of rustic peach galette and swirled with ribbons of juicy peach pie filling.

• Gruyère & Tomato Custard Tart: A savory gruyère cheese and tomato tart folded into salt & pepper custard ice cream for a uniquely delicious sweet-and-savory bite.

• Coconut Cherry Pie with Almond Crust (v): Creamy coconut frozen dessert folded with tart amaretto cherries and buttery almond shortbread crust.
