The table is set, and we saved you a seat. From November 2 through November 26, our annual Thanksgiving Series is back with five courses that are all dessert. We’re also bringing back last year’s viral Almond Brittle Cake that's made for sharing, and we’d love your help getting the word out to your audience.
The Thanksgiving Series
We made Thanksgiving dinner into ice cream. All of it. Warm, buttery rolls. Sweet, maple-roasted squash. Savory turkey and smoky bacon. Bright, tart cranberries. Spiced pumpkin pie. Five courses, each with its own delicious reason to save room.

Parker House Rolls with Salted Buttercream: Toasted Parker House rolls slathered in whipped buttercream, then folded into rich salted butter ice cream.

Maple Koginut with Pomegranate: Roasted Koginut squash ice cream with notes of maple, sage and black pepper, rippled with tart pomegranate molasses jelly and finished with crunchy hazelnut streusel.

Turkey and Bacon Caramel: Silky caramel ice cream made with turkey-and-bacon-infused cream for a deep savory flavor and salty-sweet finish.

Pumpkin Pie with Almond Croissant Streusel: A rich, velvety pumpkin-spice custard layered with swirls of pumpkin pie filling and crunchy almond croissant clusters.

Cranberry Shortbread Tart: (v) Coconut cream flavored with orange zest, vanilla, cinnamon and salt, then layered with cranberry jelly and pieces of cranberry tart.
It’s Back: The Almond Brittle Cake
Last year’s viral cake returns November 6 and stays through the end of the year. It’s inspired by Grandma Malek, whose famous almond brittle recipe is the heart of our beloved Almond Brittle with Salted Ganache. Five decadent layers begin with a rich and nutty almond flour brown butter cake. Next, two layers of our Double Fold Vanilla ice cream, studded with slivers of Grandma Malek’s almond brittle, separated by a thick stratum of house made salted chocolate ganache. On top, a sweet-and-salty cookie crumble made from saltine Florentine cookies, drizzled with chocolate. It’s only from Salt & Straw, and only for the holidays. Perfect for gifting, hosting, and every festive gathering in between.
