PSA: The Annual Santa Monica-Venice Christmas Run on December 13, 2025

Dear Community Member,

I'm reaching out this morning to share an update with you regarding the Annual Santa Monica Venice Christmas Run from the streets of Venice on Saturday morning, December 13th, 2025.

In my attempt to engage the community and raise awareness about the event, I will be canvassing the race route starting this afternoon. I have event flyers to distribute and will seek your support in a petition signature campaign. If you have a preferred time to meet in person in the coming days, please contact me, and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

To ensure the safety of our participants, restrictions on vehicle parking and movement will be in effect during the morning hours of December 13th. We request your cooperation in this regard. Please see the attached flyers for an estimated timeline of traffic restrictions and a map of the access points along the route before and during the event. 

I recognize that these temporary traffic disruptions may pose challenges for businesses and residents in the area. I encourage everyone to embrace the event as a celebration of our community and the Christmas spirit.
